Pizza Maker

Passionate about craft pizza and beer

Experience with a wood fired oven an asset but not necessary

Making pizzas in a fast paced environment

Prep/clean up of pizza station, taproom, washrooms and other areas as required

Dough Making

Our oven is open to the bar, some serving guests as needed. Must have great customer service skills and be willing to use POS

Must have or be willing to get Food Handler Certification

Must have or be willing to get Smart Serve Certificiation

Must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends

Taproom Staff

Passionate about the craft industry

Knowledge of craft beer an asset

Excellent customer service skills and experience with TouchBistro POS an asset

Daily cash handling and opening and closing procedures

Re-stocking of beer fridge and retail items

Daily cleaning of taproom, washrooms and other areas as required

Must have or be willing to get Smart Serve Certified

Must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends
